@danie10 Thanks. I'll bookmark this. Because I have been telling (arguing with) people FOREVER, trying to convince them that their devices are NOT listening to them. They don't need to. You surrender more than enough info yourself, through you interaction with social media, Google, etc., to be pin-point targeted with ads.
@leoncowle yes they must just differentiate between an open microphone vs an app that is intercepting your messages or metadata. "Listening" was maybe not the best choice of words, as other forms of listening do still occur.
