@LukaszOlejnik thats only half the question and I agree on that part.
They use decentralized computer ads auctions based on pii. How is that not GDPR? They identify people by their browser and computer. It doesnt matter they dont directly attach it to a persons name.
If using ip addresses is GDPR pii, why not the computer? I dont see the difference?
