@peterhoneyman The NYC Health Department still administers free PCR tests for those who want them. Looking at their suggested criteria (https://www.nyc.gov/site/doh/covid/covid-19-testing.page):
Travel ✅
Large gathering ✅
Close contact with an infected person ✅- (shorter interval than specified)
Symptoms ✅ (mild sore throat—probably post-nasal drip, but…)

So: off I went today to get tested—fortunately, negative.

@SteveBellovin @peterhoneyman Good. We had a family gathering where someone tested negative but positive the next day. Did routine tests for 7 days, fortunately all negative, upholding family tradition of dynamic negativity.
