Good luck with that shit - I've had months-long drama with UPS from a US to UK delivery that I got double-charged for.

Ironically, it was only public shaming on Twitter that made them pay any attention.

That was years ago, though, when Twitter was still un-Musked.

Yup, it's the only thing I miss. I never found community on Xitter like I have on Mast.

It was just me shouting into the wind with the occasional gammon or terf shouting non sequiturs back.

Like the worst game of tennis ever.

Yup - like with the Raspberry Pi employing an ex-infiltration cop thing. That blew up pretty big on here, particularly when they doubled down on it.

@Jyoti Yeah, it's a systemic crisis. I had an AirBNB in Paris last spring (2022) and accidentally took the keycard home withe me. As soon as I got home, I sent it express to the host. He still hasn't received it, and they're trying to shake him down for over $100 in import duties for receiving his own property in the mail.
