@croissant indeed; I'm thinking of those with a newly-developed deficiency of the innate part of the immune system, caused by viral infection, rather than those who have a genetic/hereditary condition. The latter are perhaps somewhat rare.
@croissant I certainly would not want to make any assumptions, imply anything contentious, or otherwise trigger people into responding defensively/irrationally rather than dealing with the clear and present danger. 😇
