Some early observations about calckey.social:
default ui is a bit overwhelming
many many pages of options
unable to verify my identity/association with a website like I can on Mastodon
refuses to remember my UI layout. I've deleted the right-hand widgets more than 10 times and they still come back
if I go to a user's profile, there is both an option to "chat" and also to "message" and I have no idea what the difference is
its been laggy all day today
