@AbandonedAmerica@VeryBadLlama I listen to a number of podcasts from financial pundits, and while I don't agree with them on everything, they say the reasons people aren't buying houses are high prices, low supply, and high interest rates.
Not a lot of frivolous millenials in that bunch -- though it's likely some own boats and ATVs.
