Please recommend me a good pair of noise-canceling headphones (mainly over ear models, but earbuds suggestions are welcome too)
acceptable price range is up to 200 euro, maybe 250, but preferably lower so long as it noise cancels reasonably well without fucking up the sound too much
@fristi hi! I bought the Sony WH1000XM3 about 4 years ago and never regretted it. I needed to block out traffic noise and noisy neighbours.
They're comfy and the noise cancelling is just great - even unnerving the first time you put them on, that's how good it is.
They've been replaced by the WH1000XM4 and the WH1000XM5 since. You can find the WH1000XM4 for ~260. That's stretching the budget a bit, but the results are just great. You might find the WH1000XM3 somewhere for cheaper still?
@fristi I have the Anker Q30 for 3 years by now and am still happy
No need to pay a three digit amount of money if it's possible to get cheap as well
I've never regretted it
my main issue is that I have this noisy machine on my roof that I want to block out, so I was thinking a pair of cans for over my ears as they will prolly be better at blocking stuff than earbuds :akko_badday:
