@ZachWeinersmith There were already actual characters named Kingsley Shacklebolt, Millicent Bulstrode, Reginald Cattermole, Aberforth Dumbledore, Dudley Dursley, Astoria Greengrass, Bertha Jorkins, Pius Thicknesse, and Wilkie Twycross. I don’t know that she needed more Britishness in her naming to be honest.
@ZachWeinersmith second suggestion for a completely different kind of British character: Skags Marblemouth (pron. Marblemuth.). Basically my first is any British character who speaks Posh, and Skags is any British character who doesn't.
