Yesterday I did #pilates & #yoga stretches (plus #SquareDancing lessons, yeehaw! ... No one yeehaws at square dancing. Just me. 🤣🤣)
Today I'm hell bent on abuse apparently, because although I'm migraining I did 25 minutes of #rowing for 511 strokes, walked 20 minutes & did yoga stretching for 35 minutes. Took me awhile to get my mind in the right place for rowing but once I got going I put solid work in.
Tomorrow I need to weight train, get 5k steps & maybe pilates.
