6-week post op appointment today. had full set of x-rays and measurements. everything is going well — but my extension is not great. i can’t straighten my arm much.
doc basically told me that i have a 6-week window of opportunity to improve my flexibility. if i don’t manage to break through the scar tissue then i’ll be stuck here.
so i have to push through the pain and make this happen. the sooner the better. i need to find my mojo. it’s currently MIA.
