Well so far playing around with #VoidLinux on an old laptop I've #SwayWM up and running along with all my other stuff. I've built #Spotify from source without issue and just setup printing / scanning . Using #Runit for services is a doddle too no cumbersome #Systemd . Could :void: be about to replace #ArchLinux on my daily ?
I think I need more time just to make sure that it's really for me but the results so far are in favour of Void.
@neil It's hard to say unless you're in my head to be honest. I like how minimal it is and the package management system. I also like runit in favour of systemd and it just feels so close to #LinuxFromScratch . It makes you have to work to get things working whereas on the likes of #ArchLinux a lot of things get setup in the background that you don't think about. So you gain a greater understanding of how it all works and comes together.
