@codinghorror I've been a fan of your for years Jeff. Your accomplishments, insights and interests have led me to conclude that your natural high is a genetic condition that no amount of THC can really help. I would feel sorry for you if I wasn't so jealous.

@codinghorror interesting that it only effects edibles.

I, otoh have massive tolerance to it in general and it seems to affect other pain meds as well. The staff at a hospital had massive problems keeping me under anesthesia during surgery, for example. I just kept waking up.

So far, no idea what exactly causes it, but there seems to be a relationship to the same gene that causes ginger heair (which I aparently carry), according to one small study I found

@Nerdfest @dan613 I am like that except smoking and vaping don’t work either. I have tried it all, in every form, at every dosage. Almost nothing. Some help for sleep at least which is nice, but no “fun” and I can barely feel any difference
