The 8th Circuit Court of appeals has 11 judges. Five were appointed by George W, Four appointed by Trump, one by Daddy Bush and one by Obama.
This! This is why we're losing our rights. The conservatives have beat the Dems in appointing federal judges. And they have beat Dems at the local level, specifically school boards which dictate what children do and do not learn.
@aBirdieOnaWire Yep, all this. They know there are more of us on the left, but we tend only vote in national elections. So they aimed low, and captured the low stakes local seats and state governments. Right under our noses. That's why we have to contest EVERY seat or it'll never change.

Yep. We just got owned in a local election a few weeks ago. Third largest school district in the state, approx 115k students. CyFair ISD just fell over to candidates who will very likely shift things to conservative ideas of what should and shouldn't be taught to students
