The DOD approves the sale of these bombs to our major allies. The most recent sale to Israel was in 2021, these are the batches being delivered recently.

Consider a common, ordinary gun store. They are permitted to refuse any transaction for any reason as well as being subject to the Form 4417/background check requirement for complete firearms. A contract to sell a gun cannot legally be binding under the US's own laws if they buyer is refused by the governments "instant" background check bureaucracy.
Lots of times that's crap, but for the sake of argument we will consider the case of someone trying to buy a gun with multiple prior convictions for murder. The background check comes back NO, the gun store is not only permitted but required to refuse the sale, and no contract can override that.
Well, Israel has many priors for murder and blatant wars of aggression, plus mass theft of land. Boeing knew this before they sold the FIRST of those bomb kits to Israel.
Your analogy would only make sense if the owner of the gun store was the largest arms dealer on earth, who has killed tens of millions of people, including 3.5 million Vietnamese, 1.6 million Koreans, 1 million Iraqis etc.
And every customer at the gun store is also a murderer who has a history of killing civilians at some point.

Biden has the power to stop the genocide by cutting off arms to Israel and has chosen not to. Knowing a genocide is going on he permits arms shipments to Israel to continue.
If arms to Israel were so much as suspended pending a withdrawal from Gaza, Israel would be forced to comply. Otherwise, when those weapons and components they do not make themselves ran out, they would face a war by many Middle East countries. The theoretical purpose of that war would be to free Palestine, though knowing governments I would fully expect the true goal would be to take the land for themselves.

He signs an executive order declaring Israel is no long our ally. He calls the Pentagon and State Department, and tells them to revoke Israel’s major Non-NATO ally status.
