I was just reminded of the IngewikkeldWrapperBundle, that allowed for wrapping symfony 1 applications in your Symfony 2 application.

The fun thing is, it's still on Github: https://github.com/Ingewikkeld/IngewikkeldWrapperBundle

I give no more guarantee that it still works though.

@thepanz oh, I built this for Symfony 2 back in the days and haven't updated since. So I am quite sure it doesn't work in newer versions. I could spend some time perhaps on updating it, but would anyone seriously still use it today?
