discord enshittification continues. here's another opt out feature that will let your voice be used in "Clips" if someone has Clips enabled

here's how to turn it off. boost for visibility :boost_requested:

Clips (Beta) allow my voice to be recorded in clips by turning on this setting, your voice may be included when someone in the same voice channel uses clips
