@Castiai Yes, and that would be binding contracts and commercial support.

I'd love to see a #FLOSS-based alternative to #Ubiquiti #UniFi products but in terms of #WiFi the @EU_Commission killed that with #Overegulation and for #Cameras and their #Access Systems they do actually have a good track record and one has full control whether it's #OnPremise or elsewhere...

And I do think having an easy-to-use solution is totally valid, even if it's a proprietary solution:

@Castiai And unlike all the #Cloud bs. their stuff does allow me to comply with #GDPR & #BDSG easily and effortlessly - so even if some Karen wants their recordings expunged well ahead of time, I can just do that with a few clicks and after doing so tell them to fuck off and never enter my premises again.
