HEaring the same 40-50 songs (if even) in every store, paraphrased in every commercial, referenced in every movie and tv show with a Christmas theme ruins it for me. The idea of hearing music in public spaces that no one asks for, especially multiple times with the same track, sucks the joy out of art
@forgottrek I can feel this. I like when there's at least something new or creative done with the music. It also doesn't help that they start the playlist earlier every year, so you tend to get a lot of it.
