@grissallia it’s not much fun either way. Normally I tip my head to the side for a minute to let it do its thing and let it run out after that with a tissue to mop up the gunk.
@grissallia oh hang on, do you know how many mL a “drop” is? If you can figure it out, you could use a syringe to get the dose out and stick into your ear
@jpm@grissallia Technically in medicine a drop is 0.05mℓ; that is, 20 drops per 1mℓ.
Edit: I'd actually remove the plunger of a 2mℓ syringe and drop in the three drops, and see what it says for that liquid and dropper. Note that, and then in future draw up that much.
