@decryption confirmed. The one problem I’ve ever had with them is for an installation service of a range hood, where the installer refused to install because the height above the gas stove was only 600mm and current regulations require 650mm for gas and 600mm for electric. Got a partial refund for the install, which is understandable because the dude actually showed up but couldn’t do anything, so it worked out in the end.
@decryption their delivery is sort of free. more it's included. they price match jbhifi for example only to the point of including what they charge for delivery, which yeah-still perfectly reasonable, and would much rather deal with their people than whatever bloke jb found.
@decryption I wonder how and why they are so good at this. I was surprised by my experience too, and it's the same with anyone else that has mentioned it.
