Figured out today that the latest oracle jdbc driver is broken generates spurious failures. 100% reproducible so that's good at least 😀

Seeing this error "Error Message = ORA-01461: can bind a LONG value only for insert into a LONG column" when doing some inserts.
Breaks both jooq and hibernate in the same way. Downgrading the driver fixes it.
