@kushal This part looks concerning. (The rest of the artifacts can be explained by loose cable/connector)

If your wallpaper doesn't have a similar pattern and this was caused by a fall/collision you are most likely looking at a new screen.

@kushal any external monitor you can plug in to see if that works? Then you'd know if it's the display or the graphics card.
