@Sire@msprout Not that I disagree with you on legalization, the poisoning crisis right now is less about drug legalization (as hydro+tyleonol is already legal in many forms) and more to do with rampant drug adulteration across the board in the illicit market.
Better drug policy is needed across the board and enforcement alone is not going to solve this problem, but people taking illicit substances absolutely need to know that right now is a very bad time due to rampant poisoning.
@azar@Sire ime, the answer is a safe supply program, but americans seem allergic to that concept in general. it already has been extremely successful in the form of MMT, but MMT is also a somewhat exploitative industry to begin with.
