There is nothing in the laws of nature that require our national procedures or national institutions to be as they are.
They are human creations and we, the people, can change them.
We can change SCOTUS. We can change our laws.
As Shakespeare wrote in The Tempest:
Whereof what's past is prologue, what to come
In yours and my discharge.It is my sense that if we get past the TFG disease that our nation is in great need of serious and deep reconstruction.
