Sometimes it is easy to not see just how far we have moved into another realm. My wife and I were walking along a stream in the forest last week. She remarked that it would be neat to see it cranking with the high water of the Spring melt. When I gently reminded here that it was Spring now and there was no snow anywhere near us, I could see the pause on her face as what “should be”, suddenly caught up to “where we are” in her mind. #ClimateDiary
