There's no shortage, right now, of things you could be doing. Without a 'north star,' it can be overwhelming.
But when I can align what I do with what I love, I find peace amidst the hard work - and peace with the work that must be left to others.
This has been my sanity-saver in recent years. It's an important strategy, because the pressure to Do Do Do will only grow this year.
