To all the folks that have sent me private messages about my rant on Canonical's interview process the other day, I'm not shitting on the Canonical employees or the Ubuntu Linux distribution. The folks creating Ubuntu are AWESOME and so is the distribution. I'm asking Canonical leadership to make the interview process a bit less, well, demeaning and demoralizing. Embrace the folks that could make Open Source/your company better instead of making them feel worthless after 3 months of interviews.
