codemonkeymike, 1 month ago I hate to say it, but i'm really not impressed with this Thinkpad X1 Extreme. Brand new, i have the nvidia GPU disabled, not using bluetooth, not using speakers, just doing light coding, nothing CPU intensive.. And i've been at this coffee shop for 2 hours, and getting this :(

RL_Dane, 1 month ago @codemonkeymike Look at the power profile. I set mine to always be power-save. Its the only way to get this BBQ of an i7 to run cool 🤣

codemonkeymike, 1 month ago @RL_Dane well that's the wild part. I have my TLP setting scaling the CPU way down. I'm removing TLP and trying it regular power save mode and we'll see
