@triketora counterpoint though... like, if you did have a second job but still got your work done and weren't breaking your NDA or non-compete, would it be that big of a deal?
People become so obsessed with whether other folks are "getting away with something" that they lose sight of their own core metrics.
@tess@triketora the two situations I’ve had to deal with where there were definitely two jobs going on, there were also problematic declines in performance. It’s rare (more rare than the SV founder class likes to fantasize about to justify their control fetish) but it’s not zero and it can be a real problem.
