Goto settings. Click Import and export. Request an archive. There are also downloads for specific things like follows, but (though I've never done it), the activityPub download supposedly can be imported to an instance to include old posts, follows, and followers. I'm sure someone will correct me in the particulars...😋

FYI. The archive is the Mastodon backup mechanism. You should do this weekly or at least monthly. Since you're the first I know who's migrating, why not report how it goes so other people may be reassured (or horrified)?
