@dxzdb Ah, interesting. I hadn’t seen that before. I’m general, though, the available selections—in a local supermarket, or available for ordering—are better than ever. (Vegan cheese used to certainly earn its reputation, but it has largely overcome that now.)
In NY, I can regularly find Violife, Myoko’s, and Dayia.
@dxzdb oh, yeah - huge strides. For me, I’m not even really interested in replicating meat or most of this stuff anyway: I just want good-tasting, cruelty-free food.
