Morning came too soon. But I slept long and well and I hope that I will have better energy today but I probably should still take things easy as possible.
I can hear Ginza thrashing away at the ball that dangles from her cat tree.
I had one of my puzzle maze dreams last night. They don't necessarily occur in a maze, but they always involve me trying to find a complex route where I keep encountering new things and people and I know I'm trying to find my way to some sort of goal.
Muscles are sore some from lifting and unpacking efforts of last two days.
I ate breakfast but may eat second one soon. I think getting a morning food routine back is helping me feel the hunger I have for more calories and nutrients.
Doing better today than yesterday but still quite drained and when I take a walk later, it'll be short and very very easy. I just want it to circulate blood and give me a sense of time to myself and relaxing.
And hope that tomorrow I feel fully or close to fully recovered and that maybe I can try to take a walk that goes over an hour and over 3 miles.
