one of my biggest weaknesses is not realizing quickly enough that i’m talking to a boomer that’s not going to give me an adequate response in text, and that it’s gonna take a meeting to resolve this one
@jeromechoo lol, i think it’s more common in the baby boomer generation, but it happens with millennials too. even boomers who are capable of writing well often see it as too difficult and tend to resort to conversation a lot sooner than, e.g. a millenial would
