@KentuckyConjurer Now I really want to come up there and go on the walk! This is so neat and it is a wonderful way for people to get out and experience the woods! So many people think that the practice of the craft is about what you can buy at various metaphysical shops, when it's really about the journey, gathering items for things that you need when you need them, being mindful, present, and aware! These are all lessons that the woods have to teach us.
I wish you could be here, too!!! I've done this for years and it changes with the season. I know the woods aren't accessible to everyone in the same way but I think so many people benefit from being there, even if sitting in a clearing.
