rakslice, It's like a corollary of "when you're an exec, reasons don't matter" -- like as the customer, legalese doesn't matter, I'm not awarding points for technical correctness -- when a company ditches the feature I'm using without warning, or the site just bans me for no reason, it puts the ball in my court to take the next step, and I have to make a decision about choosing a replacement and I'm gonna take the obvious factors into account,
