@Tooden Indeed, and that's the problem at the moment. Apparently gas powered generator plants can only be run down to a certain minimum and restarting is not a thing that can be done on the fly. The short term goal is to smooth the peak of the usage-production mismatch either by storing some power so the gas plants can stay at minimum for longer or increase usage during that time by convincing heavy power users to shift their usage time to that time.
