Email from O2 saying my contract is changing to have an annual increase that is RPI + 3.9% each April. It’s currently just an RPI increase.
The email says I have the right to cancel the airtime (cellular for US readers) contracts within the next 30 days without paying early termination fees.
I have iPad associated airtime contracts I don’t need. I’ll be calling them on Monday to see if I can cancel those. I always use my iPad on Wi-Fi at home. I can tether to my iPhone if away from Wi-Fi.
@ianRobinson I got a similar email from O2 a few months ago. I used the mobile phone section of the MSE website and found a new O2 tariff that was a third of my old one. Changed online and everything just kept working.
