IzabelaKaramia, Slept a lot. About 2 hours after work, woke up then and ate a dinner and soon went back to bed and slept about 11 hours.
I feel better this morning and it feels like I can think again.
Hope to get some unpacking done today. And take an easy walk. I didn't walk yesterday and I'm okay with that. Maybe physically I felt okay enough but perhaps the brain was trying to shut me down and make me sleep because I needed that badly.
Time to make breakfast.
