Just recently finished Super Mario RPG on the Switch. I never played the original on SNES, but it was a lovely game (and felt even better knowing that Paper Mario Thousand Year Door for the Switch is around the corner, 2024 is the year of Mario RPGs apparently!)
Lots of visual humor packed into the small number of graphics and movement options, I never had to grind throughout the whole story but still game over-ed twice, battles kept you engaged with the action commands. 10/10 🤩
@whaley There's two difficulty settings: "Breezy" and "Normal", I chose "Breezy" which makes the game considerably quicker since battles last less long. My guess is "Normal" is a similar experience to the original?
