I think there's a part of my brain that keeps parroting some received wisdom that if I do a little bit of everything (tech learning, language practice, creative stuff, cleaning the house, exercise, reading, ...) every day, somehow I won't tire myself out because I'll be using different parts of my brain for each thing, & quite frankly that part can STFU because it's the context switching that kills me.
