@DrGravitas Grub works, but the handoff from Grub to the actual linux kernel/initramfs/whatever causes UEFI to step in and say "no." and it hard locks the system to prevent the boot

@DeltaWye infuriating thing is that it was running just fine on linux sans webcam but who the fuck wants to use those anyway

and now it seems that it's windows 11 or nothing, it fucking sucks so much, that shit takes up like half the SSD out of the gate
