I've received my first "report" on hugs.lgbt and I'm very confused ....
Two posts were reported ... neither were from hugs.lgbt posts ... one was a reply to one of my posts by a mutual, the other was a post by that mutual without any hugs.lgbt involvement ...
Did I receive the report because one of those was a reply to a post of mine?
But why the other one?
Also very confused as to why ... the first was a thank you reply to a post from me.
The other was a meme.
The category was "other" but no notes or any other information that I could discern 🤔 🤷♂️
@paul@riversidebryan Also, it's possible to make a report by accident (not easy, because it requires a couple clicks, but if there's nothing at all in the reason and no posts quoted, that's a possibility, especially if someone is drunk or high and using a phone client)
@riversidebryan@paul Been there, almost did that once, caught it before sent thankfully (what happened was I was trying to report the post ABOVE it in my feed...)
I once accidentally blocked the entire mastodon.social instance instead of a single user there for posting nudity w/o CW ... and it was a full month before I realized why my mastodon.social friends were so quiet suddenly 🤦♂️🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
