MassDOT said that tolling or pricing for the new Cape Cod bridges isn’t in the scope of the project, so it’s just bigger, wider, more lanes, more traffic traveling at highway speeds that ends up on local streets that can’t handle it. This isn’t just a Boston problem. Is there a way to fund and build transit & infrastructure so there are options beyond driving everywhere?
