An interesting fact from Philosophy Tube's latest video:
You can identify and fight discrimination without even having to define the discriminating factors (race, gender, sexual orientation, etc.) or label people with them. All that matters is that the discriminating person thinks that such a label would apply to the other person. (E.g. a straight person seen near a gay club can still be a victim of homophobia.)
