@coffeegeek On your advice I picked up a Lelit Bianca V3 to up my game about 5 notches (Got an open box for $1K CAD off) and was looking for some guides on things I can now control that I couldn't before.
@chetwisniewski Wow congrats! I think you're really going to enjoy that machine.
Start with Lance's video, he walks thru a lot of the advanced stuff. Just ignore that he's already modded the machine by adding the bluetooth pressure buib to the front.
Re our First Look for the Bianca V3, which will have all the main deets on the machine, is still a ways off. I haven't even cobbled together the roughly 25 pages of hand written notes yet into some edited prose.
@coffeegeek I was just interested in the generic Americano article, but it only half loads. Where is Lance's video? Looking forward to your detailed post when the time is right for you to write it :)
@chetwisniewski BTW, the Canadian vendor you bought from? It'd be super helpful to me if you let them know your purchase decision was guided by CoffeeGeek, and suggest they advertise with us :) (we currently have no Canadian site sponsors).
