@shayz0rz@StillIRise1963 I've suggested that the US should adopt compulsory voting when people have complained about how low voter turnout is, but for some reason the same people that complain then suggest it violates freedom. Which is a stupid argument because I fail to see how it's any different than requiring that people attend jury duty, except being chosen for jury duty lasts at least a full day (assuming you're not unlucky enough to be assigned to a complex case).
