@m455 semi-serious: you should say "is this a shoe push?" and kick a ball. If so, take off your shoes, and say "what do you call this?" and then kick the ball barefoot.
I wonder if it's still a "shoe push" a "foot push" or if it's one of those moments that just kinda break assumptions about how the world works.
