WTL, Wednesday's 1km of walking (at a good clip) as a warm up followed by 5km of #running. Heart still feels like it's jackhammering in my chest, but it's an improvement over the last run, and I got to splash in a puddle, which is always a bonus. No rain, but 100% humidity is unpleasant. Will see how my legs feel later.
