rolle, (edited ) It's been pretty difficult for me to stick to my training routine which has been the same for a long time:
- At least 20km running per week
- Outside 4 times per week
- Gym 2 times per week
This week I had one 10K run outside, one 5K walk, one workout at the gym and one 5K on the gym threadmill. Now that I have written this, I still beat myself up that I didn't do enough. I should try and give myself some slack.
